All moved out

So Mat and I got all moved out this past weekend. It went pretty well it only took Mat and Cody one day to get all the big stuff out. Living with the parentals is going to take some getting use to but I think all will be good.

I went to the Dr. yesterday and he said everything is looking good. I haven't had any contractions yet and my cervix is still high. We are getting really excited and can't wait for her to make her arrival.

I went to the dentist today, and had a molar pulled. The dentist was so funny, he asked me three times to not go into labor in his office, made me laugh pretty good.

Well I hope everyone enjoys there Pioneer day!!!

Only 36 more days...

We are getting really excited to meet our little girl just over a month left to wait. I had a Dr. appointment this past Tuesday, he said everything looks good. I see him again the 22nd and then after that I will go every week till Aubrey arrives. I am getting so close, and am really starting to become impatient.

Mat and I got a lot accomplished last weekend, and it seems as thought this week has gone by sooo slow! Worst part is we have done NOTHING since last weekend. So it is safe to say that we will not be moved completely this next weekend. It is okay thought since really we have until the end of the month, before I begin to worry about the baby getting here before we are finished.

I had my last childbirth class this past Tuesday as well. It went well, it was mostly review over the course and we watched one of the videos that you have to see before they will discharge me and baby from the hospital. We will still have to watch one about car seat installation, but that one we will watch after baby is here. All in all I am glad that we took the class, it was very informative and answered many of the questions that I had pertaining to our hospital procedures. I am mostly shocked that Mat went to as many classes as he did :) He was 3 for 6, and watched to birth video so I feel a little bit better about him knowing a little of what will happen.

With any luck we will get our property paid for next Monday!!! I am getting really excited about that. And even more excited for when I go back to work and we will be able to put a house on it. When I was asked in high school where I saw myself in five years, it definitely wasn't married, having a baby, and buying a home! But I wouldn't change a thing, and I couldn't ask for more.

Busy Busy

Mat and I didn't really have a very eventful weekend, but we got a lot done. Mat had to work half a day on the fourth, then when he got off I had him replace carpet at my moms so he actually got to work all day! Needless to say he wasn't happy about it. We went over to our friends house to watch the fireworks, which get shorter and shorter every year. They didn't even last thirty minutes this year!! Then we slept in on Saturday. Mat spent a few hours helping Bo with the bathroom then we went out and shot our guns, with my dad. That was a lot of fun and we decided that we need to do it more often. Today we got all of Aubrey's things moved to my moms. We are hoping to get most everything else done this week and be all moved next weekend. However it may take a little longer depending on how tired Mat is when he gets home from work. And if I can find us a storage shed for a reasonable price this next week. I hope everyone enjoyed their fourth of July weekend!
Only 41 days till our princess is due to arrive.

Baby shower...

My sister threw me a baby shower last Saturday. It turned out really good, she decorated it so cute! I had a lot of fun and Aubrey got some really really cute clothes. There are only a few more things we need to go get to be prepared for her arrival.

Mat and I are adjusting well to our new titles of husband and wife, it is still weird to see my new name printed on things. People ask if we feel different, I didn't know you were suppost to! lol I just say we are officially "old". :-)

So Mat and I have decided to move in with my mom for a few months to save money. We are planning on paying on our property till I go back to work sometime after the baby, then we hope to refinance and put a home on it. With any luck things will work out like we see them in our heads!

Only 45 more days!!!! We are getting really excited. Hope everyone has a good fourth, and remember what we are celebrating. A big thanks to all those who fight to protect our rights and freedom.

We did it!!!

June 21, 2008 Mat and I said "I DO". Everything was exactly like I always hoped it would be. Mat and I would like to thank eveyone that was able to make it, we could not have asked for more. It truly was a perfect day!

Going to the chapel...

and were going to get married!!! Yep in my crazy hormonal head I decided that we should just get married this year instead of waiting until next year. We are planning things for the 21st, only nine days away!! We aren't having anything to fancy just small and simple, an I do, he does, lets eat kind of thing. Well that is my "little" update in Mat and I's crazy little life. Hope everyone is doing well!

Class #2

Well Mat decided to join me for child birth class again this week, and I bet he is wishing he had not. We watched the video where they show the ENTIRE birth. It was really kind of cool to see since I have not and probably will never see again. So far the classes have been pretty repetative, and I have already read about most of the things they are teaching. Next week we are suppost to learn some breathing techniques, and distraction methods. I am really looking forward to that! Aubrey has been really active the past week, she is moving around for longer periods of time, and it is really cool because now you can see my belly move when she moves! I have got a bruise on my ribs from her foot though, it is pretty painful considering it bruised from the inside out. Other then a few uncomfortable moments throughout the day I feel really good. We are getting more and more anxious to meet her every day. Only 63 more days!!!! Hope everyone is doing well, and I will leave you with a really cute quote we got at class tonight, "Daddies carry pictures where their money use to be."
