I'm so excited I decided to jump head first into my own business! I am having a lot of fun with photography and decided why not try and make some money doing it. I started a new blog that will be just for showcasing my work, and for a professional journal. You can view it here. I just got my printer yesterday, I am going to by some card stock today so I can print out my business cards! I hope everyone is enjoying the beautiful summer weather, I know we are!

Crazy Weather

So we had some pretty crazy weather today. It was cloudy this am, then about five thirty it decided to dump a TON of rain into the valley with in like maybe ten minutes. No exaggeration I swear, we got a TON of water. This is one of the creeks by our house. and yes the bank washed away and the tree fell over!

Oh and as I sit here and type this the rain CONTINUES!!! Yes we need the water, but I don't think we need a whole years worth in one day! Just my 0.02

She had a good time feeding herself some mac & cheese and hamburger last night.
Grandma bought her some new flip flops and she isn't really sure what to make of them. She doesn't really like them in between her toes, but loves to chew on them. I think they are adorable!!

And some how she has managed to untie the bumper in her crib and destroy it. Can't leave her alone for a minute! :-)
Well it is off to bed for me. Hope everyone is enjoying their Memorial Day weekend.

Birthday Fun!!!

We had two birthdays this week. Ethan turned four and my dad turned forty five. We had a lot of fun at the park for Ethan's bash. He got a new bike, and some pretty cool toys!

We had a little BBQ for my dad. Ate some tasty pork chops, fried potatoes, and homemade rolls! Followed by a delicious and perfectly baked German chocolate cake. :-)

Aubrey loves to play with the laundry baskets, she however does not think it is very funny when she gets locked up in them! :-)
She is so picked on :-)
Aubrey also likes to try and feed herself while I cook dinner. Here is the big girl chowing down last night.

Mountain Fun

We went up to the mountain yesterday to spend the day at Bear Camp with my parents and some of my dad's co-workers. Aubrey and I had a lot of fun just hanging out. Mat had to take a car over to Gateway for Cody so he wasn't up there with us for very long. First Aubrey and Cayden went fishing with Papa at hidden lake.

Then we went back to camp and had lunch. A deer came really close ta camp but I didn't get a pic because I was trying to get Cayden to see it but he didn't before it went into the brush. Aubrey seems to really like her three hundred dollar camp chair! :-)

Catching up

So I have been kinda lazy and not posting, so here is a little post to update.

First off I hope everyone had a great Mother's Day!!! Mine was good until Aubrey decided to cut a flip off the bed :-( She is fine it just scared her and ME. Mat got me the cutest card ever, and was very thoughtful and got me a new photo album! We were pretty lazy all day, we sat around the house and then went to a late lunch at grandma Zufelts. No pics from the day :-( But here are some of the pics I took to make my mother's gift. I got her two cup like things to hold pens and pencils on her desk at work. They are pretty neat up pull them apart and put pics in them. I forgot to take pics of the finished project.


Aubrey is getting quite brave these days. She wants to walk really bad but thinks that someone will be there to catch her always. She has no since of balance on her feet yet. But she is pretty good at riding her horse all by herself!

I have lost 11lbs so far on my Weight Watchers journey! Yay me :-) I am actually enjoying this diet, it isn't really a diet at all you just have to be aware of what you are eating!

Last night after our walk Dani and I put Aubrey on the trampoline. She absolutely loved it! She was full of smiles and giggles. Well I will leave you with some pics and will get back on track with my posting.

Agh...

Well Aubrey is sick again. And of course misery loves company so she shared her germs with me. I guess the rain is ok this weekend since we are stuck inside trying to get healthy. I did find a super hot sale at www.6pm.com where I got me two pairs of shoes and Aubrey two pair for less then fifty dollars! With any luck we will be better by Monday. :-) I hope everyone has a great weekend!
