Christmas 2011

We had a GREAT Christmas this year. Christmas Eve we went over to Aunt Helen's to see Santa Clause. The kids LOVE this and look forward to it every year. Last year Aubrey didn't want to sit on Santa's lap and this year we couldn't get her off! The kids all got new Pajamas and had a lot of fun!

This year was a little different then normal, Tosha's husband is working in Nevada and was unable to come and she had to leave Christmas morning to go have a dinner with him and his family.  So we decided it would just be easiest to open all our gifts at Grandma and Grandpa B's Christmas Eve. =) My dad made and amazing Prime Rib Dinner and we were all fed it was present time! The kids had so much fun opening all of their gifts and the looks on their faces when they got what they wanted was as always priceless! Mathew and I got totally spoiled by my parents he got a brand new Remington 270! I got a 5 piece cast iron cook set, and a two burner propane cook stand! I can't wait for summer to be here so we can park the camper on the mountain and spend every spare minute up there.

Christmas morning was nice, it was the first year that my mom wasn't here to watch Aubrey wake up to her Santa gift. Mat really enjoyed that it was just our little family, and I have to admit so did I. Santa brought Aubs a bicycle and she just loves it!

 The rest of the day was spent bouncing between Mathew's parents and my parents houses for a turkey dinner and my favorite Bullock tradition Navajo Tacos! Yumm. We ended the night and Cody and Brittni's so Mat could show off his new gun. The holidays were so much fun this year although it never quite felt like Christmas could be that we were in T-Shirts and there was no snow!
